What is the check in/out time policy?

Check in time is after 3:00 pm, check out time is before 11:00 am.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is open 24h a day.

Is there late check out possible? Is there any charge?

Please contact us in advance regarding the possibility of a late check out. For a check out after 12.00 am there is a surcharge of 6% of a one nights stay.

If I would like to depart in the evening, is there any place I can leave my bags

We offer free luggage storage at our reception.

Is the price calculated for the entire room/apartment, or per person?

The price is given for a room. The apartment's price depends on the number of people staying there.

Are cots provided?

Yes, we are able to provide cots.  Please inform us in advance if you require any of these items.

Where can I park a car?

Rembrandt Aparthotel is located in the Old Town, which is not accessible by car. The guarded parking (100zł/24h) is located at Plac Wszystkich Świętych which is just 300 m from the Aparthotel Rembrandt. For our guests we offer possibility of a free parking place (3km from the Aparhotel).

How can I pay for my stay?

We accept bank transfer, credit cards and cash.

Is breakfast provided in the price?

No, there is 50zł extra charge for the breakfast, which is served in the restaurant on the ground floor in the adjacent building. In each apartment there are kitchens, where guests can prepare their own meals.

Is aparthotel safe place?

Yes, the reception desk is open 24/per day. The building is monitored by the scurity company.

Is there wi-fi in the aparthotel?

Yes, it is equipped with a  Wifi internet connection which serves the entire building. The internet is included in the price.

What is included in the price?

The price is all inclusive, there are no additional charges, unless you have extra guests, or require extras, such as parking or breakfast. You will be also provided with linen and fresh towels.

How often is the place cleaned?

The aparthotel is given a basic clean on a daily basis upon guest request, such as changing bins, cleaning surfaces, and change of linen and towels. If you require additional services related to cleaning, please ask at our reception. Typically the apartments will be cleaned between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.

Where can I book a tour/guide?

You can book all of the main city and region tours at our reception desk, including the Auschwitz Birkenau tour, Wieliczka Salt Mine tour and City walking tours. We also organise individual tours for our guests.

What happens if I accidentally cause any damage?

According to the points 6. and 7. from our Terms and Conditions which are placed in each hotel room the receptionist must be informed immediately if there is a damage to a hotel property caused by Guest and Guest is responsible for all the items in the room .In case of any damage to room equipment or electric devices which were caused bythe guest or their visitors, it has to be compensated by guest.Rembrandt Aparthotel will charge you for any major damage to our properties or the breakage of any significant items during your visit. Charges will be made in a fair manner to put right the damage, or to replace the broken object. Charges will be made to your credit card if you made a reservation using one.

Can I bring a pet?

Unfortunately we don't accept pets at the moment.

Can I book an airport pick up?

Please contact us directly to arrange the details.

How do I get from Cracow airport in Balice to the city centre?

Transfer – requested via e-mail or phone.

Taxi - costs around 100-150 PLN , they leave from just outside the main doors of the airport. Transfer time takes approx 20-40 mins.

What is the booking and paying process?

Rervations can be made via booking system at our website, via booking portals. You can also contact us directly to arrange the details. In order to guarantee the reservation you are obliged to submit the advance payment  for the first night stay within 3 days or provide the requested credit card information. To book apartment it is necessary to make a transfer of 30% whole price, bank account details will be provided in the email message.

Is there any discount for longer bookings?

Booking longer than 5 nights – 10% discount

What happens if I lose the keys?

A fixed amount of 200 PLN (approx 50 Euros) will be charged for every set of keys lost to cover the cost of their replacement. This will be deducted automatically in the case of credit card bookings or will be deducted from the Damage deposit in the case of the forms of payment.

Is smoking allowed in the Aparthotel Rembarandt?

No, our Aparthotel is strictly non-smoking. Due to the point 12. of our Terms and Conditions which are placed in each room if traces of cigarette smoking are detected (the smell of smoke, cigarette butts or burnt holes in the room equipment), the facility reserves the right to charge the guest a room cleaning fee in the amount of 2 average daily guest fees for an apartment with kitchen, or 4 average daily room fees no kitchen. The hotel also reserves the right to immediately terminate the short-term rental agreement without refund.
